It is an elegant pudding with a richness but a gentle aftertaste that is baked by adding a little fresh cream produced only in the Konsen area of Hokkaido to eggs laid by naturally owned chickens raised in Ninomiya and freshly squeezed jersey raw milk from Hiratsuka ranch.
We use local production and local consumption sweets in Kanagawa Prefecture, Miura pumpkin.
