当店の一番人気のデコレーションケーキです。
バースデーケーキの定番は、こちら。
北海道根釧地区限定生産のフレッシュクリームを中心に3種類のクリームをブレンドした生クリームは、しつこくなく、優しい味わいです。二宮町の自然飼育の平飼い有精卵を使用したスポンジとの相性も抜群です。夏(5月中旬~12月中旬頃)と春(12月下旬~5月上旬)により、苺の産地、品種が変わり、価格も変動いたします。
春は平塚市産「湘南いちご」、夏は長野県伊那市産「真心いちご」を使用しております。仕入れ状況により、産地が変わることがあります。
飾りの苺の数量は、ケーキのサイズ、苺の大きさによって異なります。

特定原材料:小麦・乳成分・卵・大豆

小麦粉不使用、乳成分不使用等もお気軽にお問い合わせください。
(大きさにより価格が変わります。お受け取り時にお支払いください。)

生クリーム→豆乳入りクリーム
卵不使用→イースト発酵のパン生地をスポンジに代用いたします。(食感は固くなります。)

Fresh cream blended with three kinds of cream, mainly fresh cream produced only in the Nekushiro area of Hokkaido, is not persistent and has a gentle taste. The compatibility with sponges using cage-free fertilized eggs of natural breeding in Ninomiya Town is also outstanding. Depending on summer (mid-May ~ mid-December) and spring (late December ~ early May), the production area and variety of strawberries will change, and the price will also fluctuate.
In the spring, we use "Shonan strawberries" from Hiratsuka City, and in the summer, we use "magokoro strawberries" from Ina City, Nagano Prefecture. Depending on the stocking situation, the production area may change.
The quantity of strawberries in the garnish depends on the size of the cake, the size of the strawberries.

Specific raw materials: wheat, milk ingredients, eggs, soybeans
